You will provide centralized technical support and hardware/software lifecycle management for statewide agencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and technical problem resolution for PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and account lockouts while administering network security and software patching.
- Image and configure desktop and laptop hardware, including BIOS changes and driver verification.
- Coordinate IT asset replacements, upgrades, and relocation schedules.
- Maintain documentation for technical staff and end users, including imaging process updates.
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience in System Administration.
- Experience using ServiceNow for ticket tracking, asset management, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for hardware and software reporting.
- Experience creating objects in Active Directory (AD) and SCCM for device imaging.
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms and conference room setups.
- Knowledge of project management concepts and technical documentation.
- 4 year college degree or equivalent.
