Description

You will provide centralized technical support and hardware/software lifecycle management for statewide agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and technical problem resolution for PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and account lockouts while administering network security and software patching.
  • Image and configure desktop and laptop hardware, including BIOS changes and driver verification.
  • Coordinate IT asset replacements, upgrades, and relocation schedules.
  • Maintain documentation for technical staff and end users, including imaging process updates.

Required Skills

  • 3 years of experience in System Administration.
  • Experience using ServiceNow for ticket tracking, asset management, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for hardware and software reporting.
  • Experience creating objects in Active Directory (AD) and SCCM for device imaging.
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms and conference room setups.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts and technical documentation.
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent.
