System Administrator

You will manage and maintain core IT infrastructure and user environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Google Workspace ecosystem, including mail routing, identity management, and resolving complex mail flow issues.
• Automate administrative tasks and reporting using scripting languages like PowerShell, Shell, or Python.
• Provide engineering support for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS, handling patching, imaging, and hardware repair.
• Troubleshoot core network services including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Manage endpoint security, including EDR deployment and enforcing disk encryption across the fleet.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Expertise in Google Workspace administration and GCP concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Shell, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience managing endpoint protection (Antivirus/EDR) and disk encryption (BitLocker/File Vault).
• Familiarity with MDM/UEM tools for device deployment and compliance.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS environments.
