Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, standardize, and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions for inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot medium to large scale SCCM environments (single to multi-tier sites), including SCCM client management and client health.
• Create and maintain application packages and task sequences; troubleshoot application delivery and deployment issues using SCCM server/client logs.
• Build and troubleshoot OS deployment workflows, including imaging and OSD creation/delivery using SCCM (Windows 10 imaging technology and imaging engines).
• Develop custom deployment scripts for inventory gathering and deployments using VBS and batch scripting; support test and release of applications and patches.

Skills Required:

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in SCCM/endpoint management and deployment.
• SCCM administration with deep knowledge of inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management.
• Application and OS deployment using SCCM task sequences, including troubleshooting delivery and sequencing issues.
• Patch management and Windows updates planning/implementation within SCCM.
• Custom scripting for deployments and inventory collection using VBS and batch scripting.

Good to Have:

• MDT and Windows deployment experience (Windows 7/8/10 deployment exposure).
• SSRS and SQL queries for SCCM canned reports and reporting.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
