Description

You will manage and maintain core IT infrastructure, cloud services, and user endpoints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage Azure resources, users, permissions, and backups via the Azure Portal.
• Handle web hosting setup, domain configurations, and website deployments.
• Maintain Windows servers and user endpoints to ensure system availability.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and manage user access via group policies.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in system administration.
• Strong administration of Office 365 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and the Azure Portal.
• Proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Server 2016+).
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts including IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Familiarity with DNS, domain management, and web hosting platforms.
• Experience with identity management, access controls, and patch management.
• Proficiency with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and asset management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
