Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Manage and support enterprise data center infrastructure including Windows Servers and VMware environments.

Perform server lifecycle activities such as building, patching, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.

Monitor systems, handle incidents, perform RCA, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and manage file/print servers.

Configure and maintain VMware components including vCenter, HA, DRS, VMotion, and storage integrations.

Collaborate with support teams and vendors to maintain system availability and support business operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Windows Server and VMware administration within enterprise environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server lifecycle management (build, patch, migration).

Proven ability to manage incidents, perform troubleshooting/RCA, and support data center infrastructure operations
