Description

You will manage and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems within a networked production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PC and Macintosh hardware and software.
• Deploy, upgrade, and configure systems to support production requirements.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory components including ADUC, GPOs, and DFS replication.
• Support and install Microsoft Office 2016-2019, Adobe, VMWare, and Office 365.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT industry experience with 2+ years in networked production environments.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012-2019.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Dell and Apple hardware.
• Knowledge of Anti-Virus, VPN, and UCaaS.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
