Description

You will manage and support critical IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services at an L3 level.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Manage infrastructure components such as firewalls, databases, malware protection, and VPN gateways.
• Monitor systems proactively to resolve security, usability, or network server concerns.
• Create and verify data backups while resolving complex helpdesk requests.
• Configure and operate client-based operating systems and handle hardware or software issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a System Administrator handling technical issues.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Azure AD, Active Directory, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, Information Protection, and Compliance Manager.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across all Windows OS and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with On-Premises infrastructure and VMware.
• Knowledge of Office 365 services and administration.
• Ability to manage network servers, file servers, and AV servers.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft or Cisco certifications.
