Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's computer systems, networks, and virtualized infrastructure in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory environments, including user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
• Oversee VMware infrastructure installation and maintenance, specifically ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.
• Execute data backups and disaster recovery planning using Veeam Backup and Replication.
• Configure and maintain Windows servers, including file, web, and application servers.
• Monitor system performance, perform vulnerability assessments, and implement security patches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Active Directory administration and group policy management.
• Proficiency with VMware infrastructure, including vSphere ESXi and vCenter Server.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup and Replication.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience managing antivirus software and intrusion detection systems.
• Understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

Preferred Skills

• MCSA certification.
