Description

You manage IT asset lifecycles and provide Level 2 technical support for hardware and software environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset installations, relocations, and changes through documented processes.
• Execute end-of-life equipment disposal and maintain Chain of Custody documentation for surplus assets.
• Resolve Level 2 Service Desk tickets involving PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Implement new phases of the ServiceNow Asset Management module and perform reconciliation based on physical inventory reports.
• Image laptop and desktop hardware using Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or asset management.
• ServiceNow for asset management and issue tracking.
• Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for imaging and reporting.
• VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• AirWatch Workspace One for Windows device management and compliance.
• Level 2 troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Technical documentation for both staff and end users.
• Management of video conferencing platforms and conference room setups.

Preferred Skills

• Coordination of IT asset replacement and upgrade schedules.
