Job Responsibilities include:

Perform enterprise device deployments, imaging, configuration, and Intune enrollment for Windows and Mac systems.

Manage the complete device lifecycle, including asset assignment, deployment, refresh, collection, and decommissioning activities.

Provide end-user support for device setup, data migration, OneDrive backup, troubleshooting, and post-deployment issues.

Maintain accurate asset records, inventory tracking, audit trails, and device status updates within ServiceNow.

Coordinate logistics for device shipment, delivery, returns, and scheduling for both onsite and remote users.

Collaborate with project stakeholders and support teams to ensure successful rollout execution, compliance with governance processes, and adherence to service delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

8–10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Desktop Support, Endpoint Management, or Infrastructure Services.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow IT Asset Management, device imaging, endpoint deployment, and Azure AD administration.

Proven experience managing end-user device lifecycle processes, asset tracking, data migration, inventory management, and large-scale hardware refresh programs
