Description

You manage enterprise device lifecycles, from deployment and imaging to decommissioning, ensuring seamless operations for Windows and Mac systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform device deployments, imaging, configuration, and Intune enrollment for Windows and Mac endpoints.
• Manage the complete device lifecycle including asset assignment, refresh, collection, and decommissioning.
• Provide end-user support for setup, data migration, OneDrive backup, and troubleshooting post-deployment issues.
• Maintain accurate asset records, inventory tracking, and audit trails within ServiceNow.
• Coordinate logistics for device shipment, delivery, returns, and scheduling for onsite and remote users.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Desktop Support, Endpoint Management, or Infrastructure Services.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and enrollment.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Asset Management for tracking and audit trails.
• Experience with Azure AD administration and identity management.
• Proven track record in large-scale hardware refresh programs and inventory management.
• Ability to coordinate logistics for device shipment and delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
