Description

Manage enterprise device lifecycles, from deployment and configuration to decommissioning and asset tracking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform enterprise device deployments, imaging, configuration, and Intune enrollment for Windows and Mac systems.
• Manage the complete device lifecycle, including asset assignment, deployment, refresh, collection, and decommissioning.
• Provide end-user support for device setup, data migration, OneDrive backup, troubleshooting, and post-deployment issues.
• Maintain accurate asset records, inventory tracking, audit trails, and device status updates within ServiceNow.
• Coordinate logistics for device shipment, delivery, returns, and scheduling for both onsite and remote users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Desktop Support, Endpoint Management, or Infrastructure Services.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow IT Asset Management, and Azure AD administration.
• Proven experience with device imaging, endpoint deployment, and large-scale hardware refresh programs.
• Ability to manage end-user device lifecycle processes, asset tracking, and data migration.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful rollout execution and governance compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting both onsite and remote users in a hybrid logistical environment.
