Description

Manage media distribution systems in a complex hybrid environment. Own the configuration, maintenance, and tuning of high-speed transfer services.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Aspera (HSTS, Orchestrator, Console) and Signiant (Managers, Agents, Flight) products.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to high-speed transfer services.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support continuous production operations.
• Operate according to US East Coast or West Coast business hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Demonstrated expertise with Aspera and Signiant platforms.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform, GitLab/CI/CD, and VMware.
• Scripting experience using Ruby or Python.
• Proficiency using Jira for task management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing media distribution workflows in hybrid infrastructures.
