Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's core IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows 10 client and server operating systems, troubleshooting issues.
• Administer image management and deployment using SCCM components.
• Maintain hardware and software inventories across the environment.
• Support end-user computing (EUC) roles and field services requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration.
• Expertise with System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) components.
• Proficiency in Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT) and Software Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 client operating systems.
• Experience managing iOS, Windows, and Android devices in a global setting.
• Familiarity with Service Now, MS Office, and Remote Support tools.
• Experience with Windows client and server operating systems maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
