Description

You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and SQL-based source-to-target validation for data warehouse and ETL processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Informatica, and Azure Data Factory.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high performance and scalability of data pipelines.
• Perform ETL administration including job scheduling, releases, environment setup, and access management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions and support data integration initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement through automation.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Warehouse testing/development with strong ETL expertise.
• Proven experience in Databricks, PySpark, Informatica, and advanced SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, specifically Data Factory and DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse and data mart concepts.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Experience with environment setup across DEV, QA, and PROD.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
