Description

You will manage and secure Windows-based infrastructure and directory services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Harden Windows systems by applying CIS benchmarks, patch management, and compliance checks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across all Windows systems.
• Monitor system alerts and resolve network or system issues proactively.
• Implement backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in system administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Hands-on experience applying CIS benchmarks for security hardening.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Ability to document processes, configurations, and incident reports.

Preferred Skills

• MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP certifications.
