Description

Manage server infrastructure, user administration, and network services to ensure system stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, including domain backup, recovery, and Group Policy Object (GPO) setup.
• Monitor system health and performance to identify bottlenecks and drive optimization.
• Execute disaster recovery planning, including backup and restore for systems, applications, and data.
• Perform patch and firmware installation and management across the environment.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot networking issues including DHCP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Support.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
• Experience with RAID configuration and various storage systems.
• Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, and fundamental networking troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of security principles, including ACL and encryption.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, ksh, or Perl for task automation.
• Ability to produce technical documentation for system designs and solutions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various sites.
• Ability to lift and transport server equipment.
• Availability for off-hours, on-call support and overtime to respond to emergencies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
