Description

You will manage and maintain the company's networked computer systems, hardware, and software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain networked computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
• Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
• Monitor system performance and security to ensure optimal operation.
• Document internal processes and provide technical support to employees.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft MCSE certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with SQL and database operations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple workloads under critical deadlines.
• Availability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issues.
