Description

Manage and maintain diverse computing platforms, including servers, networks, and storage systems across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Oracle.
• Provide off-hour, on-call support for workstations, servers, and system-related issues.
• Travel to various supported sites to handle hardware and system requirements.
• Produce technical documentation regarding system design and implemented solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Oracle.
• Experience managing Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms.
• Experience with network security tools such as NIIDS, NIPS, Proxy, Secure Web Gateway, and Firewalls.
• Familiarity with AV, EDR, and XDR solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and automation experience using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with bulk deployment tools.
