Description

You will own the daily operation of the desktop infrastructure and provide first-level technical support. Your focus is maintaining system stability, resolving connectivity issues, and managing user accounts across Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose desktop operating systems and network connectivity issues.
• Manage application, printer, and client VPN installations and provide ongoing user support.
• Administer desktop anti-malware solutions and resolve security incidents promptly.
• Handle user management, provisioning, and troubleshooting within Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365.
• Support Microsoft Office Suite installations and vendor-specific hardware and software configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles with a strong conceptual understanding of Windows desktop OS.
• Hands-on experience with Windows desktop end-user technical support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proven skills in desktop and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional customer service orientation.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• MCSA, AZ-900, or Network+ certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
