Description

You will serve as the technical SME for enterprise-wide systems, ensuring product availability for application teams and end users.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows server administration, including sizing, configuration, and capacity planning.
• Monitor hardware updates and manage installations using SCCM/SCOM.
• Collaborate with architects, programmers, and vendors to manage product migrations and version upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex application problems and perform impact analyses on production fixes.
• Develop contingency plans and provide accurate estimates for system changes and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Expertise in Windows server administration.
• Proficiency with Active Directory.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Hands-on experience with VMware.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to use PowerShell for automation and tasks.
• Experience with SCCM/SCOM for update management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
