Description

You will manage server patching, Windows environments, and core network services in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server OS and apply hardening protocols.
• Manage Big Fix patch deployment across all Microsoft and Windows servers.
• Administer Exchange server installation, configuration, and mail messaging services.
• Maintain MS Active Directory, including User ID management, access rights, and Group Policy.
• Support File and Print servers and manage Symantec AntiVirus alongside Windows AD.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Windows and Mail Messaging environments.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, WINS, Proxy, and SMS.
• Proficiency in MS Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Experience with Big Fix patch management tools.
• Knowledge of MS SQL DB and Symantec AntiVirus.
• MCSE or MCSP certification.
• VMware Professional certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform vendor management and client presentations regarding server uptime.
