Description

Manage Windows Server infrastructure, IIS configurations, and release deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Servers, including software installation, configuration, and network drive mapping.
• Manage IIS environments, including SSL certificate management, website setup, and security issue resolution.
• Execute release management tasks, creating CHGS and Tasks, with flexibility for scheduled late-night deployments (9:00 PM PST).
• Perform claims processing and testing activities.
• Write clear technical documentation and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills

• Experience with Windows Server administration and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
• Proficiency in installing/configuring software and general PC operation.
• Ability to work late hours by starting late to support scheduled releases.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and general internet usage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ATLAS, Fusion, FormWorks, and KPOM.
• Claims processing and testing experience.
