Description

You will maintain and support the organization's computer systems, networks, and peripheral hardware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor daily system performance and maintain accurate equipment inventory.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, and AV system connections.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems and apply system upgrades.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
• Proficiency with operating systems and software applications.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking and remote connection systems.
• Experience with antivirus software and security protocols.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in system administration or IT support.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network issues effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing VoIP and AV systems.
