Description

You will function as a Tier 3 System Administrator II supporting Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, AntiVirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
• Manage Infrastructure Configuration and Remote Endpoint Management Support across diverse endpoints.
• Drive Process and Procedure Documentation for endpoint management operations.
• Lead implementation efforts and manage timelines, resources, and personnel.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience maintaining an MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
• Extensive knowledge of MECM (inventory, software distribution, patch management, PowerShell scripting).
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrable skills in Tier 3 Support across managed and non-managed devices.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN Troubleshooting and Intel/AMD-based computing equipment.
• Familiarity with BitLocker, Defender, and Crowdstrike in enterprise contexts.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical Documentation.
