Description

You will provide Tier 3 support for Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations, managing security tools, infrastructure configuration, and remote endpoint support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, AntiVirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
• Manage infrastructure configuration and remote endpoint management across diverse devices.
• Lead implementation efforts, managing timelines, resources, and personnel.
• Drive process and procedure documentation for endpoint management operations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience maintaining an MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
• Extensive knowledge of MECM inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrable skills in Tier 3 Support across managed and non-managed devices.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN troubleshooting and Intel/AMD-based computing equipment.
• Familiarity with BitLocker, Defender, and CrowdStrike in enterprise contexts.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
