Description

Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop environments, macOS fleets, and enterprise Windows endpoints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including session hosts, images, scaling plans, and FSLogix profiles.
• Troubleshoot AVD connectivity, performance issues, and application errors.
• Manage macOS endpoint administration using Jamf Pro, handling profiles, packages, scripts, and patching.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning, reporting, and compliance checks across AVD, Intune, and SCCM.
• Provide Tier-3 operational support for enterprise Windows and Mac endpoints and serve as an escalation point.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD / VDI) environments.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience with macOS endpoint administration using Jamf Pro.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Working knowledge of SCCM (Configuration Manager) in a hybrid environment.
• Strong PowerShell skills for automation, scripting, and system integration.
