Description

You will manage the health and availability of the Ivanti Endpoint Manager system while supporting enterprise deployments and security remediations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the Ivanti Endpoint Manager system to ensure overall health and availability.
• Package software and build distribution packages for statewide projects and security vulnerability remediation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure workstation images meet agency security requirements.
• Manage and monitor IT issues using KSE, Ivanti, and SharePoint via phone, in-person, and remote support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration or desktop support.
• Extensive experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server/Enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and networking fundamentals.
• Direct experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager or similar client management systems such as SCCM, MECM, PDQ, Flexera, or ManageEngine.
• Strong command of Microsoft Products including Office 365, SharePoint, Visio, and Project.
• Proven ability to use troubleshooting tools for desktops, laptops, and wireless devices.
• Working understanding of software license management and compliance best practices.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and track security vulnerabilities, CVEs, and risk-based escalations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills for technical documentation and job aid creation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), PowerShell, and SQL.
