You will manage server and application performance to ensure system efficiency and security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage server and application performance to ensure secure and efficient operation.
• Implement security configurations, system hardening, and best practices across all environments.
• Prepare systems for external audits and work with internal teams to resolve audit findings.
• Perform regular server maintenance, log reviews, and proactive issue resolution to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed documentation of server configurations, procedures, and operational best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux/Unix-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms and virtual environments.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of security tools including antivirus, encryption, and firewalls.
• Experience using server performance monitoring tools to analyze system metrics.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting tools for routine maintenance.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Load Balancing.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA Network+ or similar networking certification.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
