You will manage server and application performance, ensuring system efficiency, security, and audit readiness.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server and application performance, reviewing logs and metrics to proactively resolve issues.
• Implement security configurations and best practices to address vulnerabilities and maintain system integrity.
• Prepare systems for external audits and work with the internal team to remediate audit findings.
• Perform regular server maintenance and resolve errors to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed documentation of server configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Proven ability to manage server performance and resolve system errors.
• Experience implementing security configurations and addressing vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of audit preparedness and compliance standards.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Experience with server log analysis and performance metric monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
