Description

You will serve as a technical resource on an enterprise backup team within a complex computing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage backups within the enterprise backup system.
• Perform system restores to ensure data availability.
• Provide advanced support for Windows and Linux servers.
• Conduct business analysis, research, and problem-solving for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to coordinate troubleshooting and recovery efforts.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• 7-9 years of experience in backup and recovery.
• 4-6 years of proficiency in Linux.
• Experience supporting legacy Windows environments (9x, 2000, XP, NT, Vista, 7).
• Ability to work within environments with critical regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
