Description

You will manage and maintain Windows infrastructure, cloud components, and endpoint devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure including Azure AD and Microsoft 365 components.
• Maintain virtual servers, desktops, and endpoints through regular installation, upgrading, and patching.
• Design, implement, and support group policies and secure configurations.
• Administer Secure FTP infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments.
• Provide second-level help desk support to resolve incidents and document technical resolutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in information systems administration.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Experience in Windows environments, including group policies and secure configurations.
• Hands-on experience managing secure FTP technologies and public key infrastructures.
• Experience planning, managing, and troubleshooting virtual infrastructures.
• Ability to manage remote access and remote device configuration.
• Hands-on experience managing virtual servers, desktops, and other endpoints including installing, upgrading, and patching.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
