Description

You will build and maintain end-to-end API integrations and event-driven automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end API integrations across Meraki, Datadog, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow to support automation workflows.
• Develop Python-based microservices for event ingestion, filtering, enrichment, correlation, and idempotent processing.
• Configure Datadog monitors, pipelines, event processors, and routing logic to improve observability.
• Implement PagerDuty automation, including event rules, routing rules, service integrations, and escalation paths.
• Maintain ServiceNow integrations for Incident and CMDB workflows using Table API, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scripted REST.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering or API integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Deep experience with REST API integrations across Meraki, Datadog, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow.
• Expertise in building event-driven automation workflows.
• Experience implementing idempotency, retry/backoff logic, and rate-limit handling.
• Knowledge of observability best practices, including SLOs, dashboards, logs, and alerts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
