Description

You will manage server environments, provision hardware, and provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Red Hat Linux and Windows operating system servers.
• Provision and deploy desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
• Monitor system resources to identify and resolve server or service anomalies.
• Resolve connectivity issues between users and network resources.
• Maintain accurate architecture documentation, inventory records, and change histories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux.
• Proficiency with VMware virtualization.
• Experience managing Windows Operating System servers.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity controls.
• Ability to handle Tier 1 through Tier 3 support requests.
