Description

Manage the provisioning, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and infrastructure for Linux and Windows environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Linux (Red Hat) and Windows servers, desktops, and peripherals.
• Monitor system resources, service anomalies, and application logs to ensure availability.
• Resolve Tier 1 through Tier 3 support requests and troubleshoot hardware or software failures.
• Execute daily backups, file archival, and regular OS patching and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation, architecture records, and inventory, and support cybersecurity monitoring.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Proficiency with Linux (Red Hat) and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with Virtualization and VMware.
• Active Directory Administration.
• General Database (SQL) knowledge.
• Cybersecurity monitoring and defense support.
• Help Desk Support and Tier 1-3 troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage CPU, memory, and disk partition configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical users.
• Customer Service experience.
