Description

You will manage and support the enterprise Microsoft 365 environment, providing technical expertise and systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, monitor, and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365 services.
• Design, develop, and promote groupware strategies and collaborative work tools.
• Engineer and deploy applications for team computing, document sharing, and messaging.
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior staff on complex technical tasks.
• Collaborate with end-users to define business requirements and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT work experience in programming and systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Teams.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes.
• Experience with system monitoring and maintenance.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions based on user needs.
• Experience managing multiple technical products and projects simultaneously.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with user story creation for system enhancements.
