Description

Administer and maintain hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability for Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows and Linux servers, including patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Deploy and maintain VMware infrastructure, specifically ESXi hosts and vCenter, alongside enterprise SAN/NAS storage (HP/Dell).
• Automate routine administrative tasks and process improvements using PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Configure and maintain networking infrastructure, including Cisco and Dell switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and successful restoration testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in system administration and infrastructure support.
• Deep proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Strong background in Windows Server and Linux server administration.
• Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash for automation and scripting.
• Intermediate knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with backup/recovery solutions and legacy system migration.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware VCP, CompTIA Linux+, or Cisco CCNA.
