Description

You will manage and maintain Linux-based server environments and network services for our Texas operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain core services including Bind, Apache, and MySQL.
• Build and monitor services directly on production servers to ensure stability.
• Manage enterprise server hardware from vendors such as Dell or HP.
• Implement automated configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools.
• Maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and load balancing setups.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in system administration.
• Experience managing Linux servers in virtualized environments.
• Proficiency with Linux scripting languages for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Puppet, or other configuration management tools.
• Working knowledge of Bind, Apache, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with clustering and load balancing architectures.
• Experience configuring and managing enterprise firewalls.

• Degree in any field.
