Description

You will manage and maintain diverse server environments, network infrastructure, and security protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and macOS systems.
• Configure network devices including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Set up and maintain physical and virtual servers, web servers (Apache, Nginx), and database servers.
• Design and implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in system administration.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience managing MySQL and SQL Server databases.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization tools such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to write automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with endpoint security, IDS, and encryption protocols.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software and patch management workflows.
