Description

You will administer and maintain TIBCO middleware environments, ensuring high availability and reliable operation of enterprise integration platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support TIBCO components including TIBCO BW.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and service availability to detect anomalies early.
• Troubleshoot middleware and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage deployments, upgrades, and operational changes with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and incident management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in System Administration or Middleware Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO Administration.
• Proven experience supporting TIBCO BW and enterprise integration platforms.
• Expertise in production support and operational troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in system monitoring and log analysis.
• Knowledge of middleware deployment and maintenance processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ECM platforms.
