Description

You will manage and maintain core end-user computing infrastructure, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SCOM, including setting up dashboards and alerts.
• Integrate SCOM with SCCM for patching and device management.
• Monitor endpoint health and performance issues across the EUC environment.
• Troubleshoot end-user infrastructure issues and manage incident escalation.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Python for routine tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in system administration.
• Expertise with SCOM configuration, management, and hierarchy.
• Proven experience with SCCM integration and patch management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Experience with EUC monitoring and device health checks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.
• Knowledge of management packs and proactive issue detection.
