Description

You will manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, software systems, and configuration management processes to ensure stability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, customize, and upgrade software systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across infrastructure and software layers.
• Implement and maintain IT disaster recovery and security protocols.
• Monitor system health using SolarWinds and Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant IT working experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing software systems and configuration management.
• In-depth knowledge of Virtualization Platforms and Server Administration.
• Strong experience with Active Directory and Kerberos Authentication.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperconverged Systems.
• Deep understanding of ITIL, Enterprise Architecture, and IT infrastructure security.
• Proficiency in IT Disaster Recovery planning.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• University degree in IT or a relevant discipline.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Certification.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
