Description

Manage enterprise endpoint security and infrastructure configuration as a Tier 3 System Administrator.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise endpoint security tools including MECM, Intune, Tanium, and AGPM.
• Execute software distribution, inventory, and patch management using MECM and PowerShell.
• Support managed and non-managed desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers.
• Lead implementation efforts, managing timelines, resources, and personnel to project completion.
• Document technical processes and procedures for endpoint management operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• 2+ years of Power BI experience.
• 2+ years of SharePoint experience.
• 2+ years of Windows 11 experience.
• Extensive knowledge of MECM/SCCM for enterprise-level software distribution and patching.
• Proficiency with Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Experience with M365, Office 2016, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure and Intune MDM/MAM for Apple and Windows 10 devices.
• Experience with Crowdstrike, Bitlocker, and Defender at an enterprise level.
• Knowledge of Ivanti Admin for non-Microsoft application patch management.
