Description

You will manage the implementation, maintenance, and migration of uniquely configured platforms supporting high-frequency trading applications.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and tune servers to meet specific application requirements.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following service restorations.
• Design testing approaches and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with global teams to resolve production issues and deliver projects on schedule.
• Implement improved backup, recovery plans, and standardized methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology or system analysis.
• Proficiency with RHEL 7/8 and CoreOS.
• Strong experience with Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory (KDC, Domain Services, DNS).
• Hands-on experience with Windows, SCCM, and Python.
• Ability to create automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or VBS.
• Knowledge of virtualization environments, specifically VMware and OpenShift.
• Experience with x86 server hardware including Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
• Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting tools like Sysinternals.
• Familiarity with data protection tools such as NetBackup.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, Splunk, Crowdstrike, and SCCM.
• Knowledge of EMC NetApp storage and Solarflare hardware.
