Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments across the organization
• Administer and maintain Windows servers and related enterprise systems
• Handle user, system, and access-related support issues within defined service levels
• Perform routine administration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for Windows infrastructure
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to support stable and secure end-user and server operations

Skills Required:

• 8 to 15 years of relevant system administration experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Administration across enterprise environments
• Proven capability in Server Support and Server Management
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain stable Windows-based infrastructure

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Linux environments
• Exposure to Hadoop-based systems

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline preferred
