Description

You will provide day-to-day IT support to ensure client functionality and efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily IT functionality and efficiency needs.
• Configure, install, and maintain computer software and peripheral systems for users.
• Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues within established SLAs.
• Update user information and manage application access for new and current employees in organizational systems.
• Maintain asset mapping within the ITSM tool and document incidents and requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficiency with O365 environments.
• Experience managing MacOS and deploying via Intune.
• Knowledge of patching processes across endpoints.
• Familiarity with LAN and WAN troubleshooting.
• Experience using ITSM tools for incident and request tracking.
• Experience with Windows 10 setup and imaging.
• Ability to coordinate equipment ordering and new office IT setups.
