You will lead system analysis and requirements management for AI-driven healthcare solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications and driving product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define application scope, gather requirements, and estimate work efforts in collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs, and non-functional requirements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI and Gen AI within healthcare workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence teams to evaluate feasibility and define requirements for AI-powered solutions.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog grooming, and defect triage while supporting production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis and requirements management.
• Proven experience working as a Product Owner or in a product-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and emerging generative AI capabilities.
• Understanding of Agentic AI and its application in enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT workflows and domain-specific processes.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Participation in retrospectives, root cause analysis, and architectural discussions.
