Description

You will lead go-live planning and coordination for the Criminal and Rap Back Information System (CRIS) and the Virginia Sex Offender Management System (VSOMS).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of CRIS implementation, including release rollout and post-release refinement.
• Plan and coordinate system testing, simulated rollouts, and the creation of scrubbed test data.
• Analyze functional and nonfunctional system requirements to define implementation needs.
• Manage organizational change management, including employee training, staffing plans, and user role assignments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, interface partners, and IT divisions to document and coordinate release plan tasks.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience developing and executing system test and implementation plans.
• 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• 10 years of experience analyzing functional and nonfunctional system requirements.
• 10 years of experience in professional communication, translating technical concepts for non-technical internal customers.
• 5 years of experience implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
• 5 years of experience managing security access and user profile management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on criminal justice projects.
