Description
You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business processes through documentation, testing, and security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using waterfall and agile methodologies to identify business process impacts and IT integrations.
- Lead artifact reviews with security and enterprise entities to ensure compliance with agency policies and standards.
- Write and modify system documentation, including SSPs, and validate change management documents for Local and Enterprise Change Boards.
- Develop and monitor defect tracking logs, differentiating between system defects and new requirements.
- Validate test data, test results, and project estimates to ensure adherence to SEM and PMM methodologies.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of security governance, risk, and compliance experience.
- Proficiency in the .NET tech stack.
- Experience writing requirements in Azure DevOps.
- Ability to translate requirements using JavaScript.
- Experience with software testing and validating test results.
- Proven ability to lead working sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical writing skills for system documentation and training content.
- Bachelor's degree required.
