Description

You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business processes through documentation, testing, and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using waterfall and agile methodologies to identify business process impacts and IT integrations.
• Lead artifact reviews with security and enterprise entities to ensure compliance with agency policies and standards.
• Write and modify system documentation, including SSPs, and validate change management documents for Local and Enterprise Change Boards.
• Develop and monitor defect tracking logs, differentiating between system defects and new requirements.
• Validate test data, test results, and project estimates to ensure adherence to SEM and PMM methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of security governance, risk, and compliance experience.
• Proficiency in the .NET tech stack.
• Experience writing requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate requirements using JavaScript.
• Experience with software testing and validating test results.
• Proven ability to lead working sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical writing skills for system documentation and training content.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• State government experience.
