Description

You will provide technical analysis and systems support for Treasury projects, focusing on security compliance, application development, and requirements documentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update System Security Plans (SSPs) based on the NIST 800-53 framework.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using waterfall and agile methodologies to identify business process impacts.
• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, user guides, and system architecture standards.
• Lead artifact reviews with Enterprise Security and specialists to ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Manage change control processes by validating Local and Enterprise Change Board documents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience writing and modifying detailed system documentation and SSP responses.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53 framework.
• Proficiency in the SUITE project management methodology, including PMM and SEM.
• Ability to lead working sessions and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project and task estimation for project planning.
• Proven ability to manage change management procedures for production systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing training content and facilitating training sessions.
